Finding your forever home

A business peer and mentor used this system to find, and move into, his forever home.
The seller wasn't desperate to sell and had already bought the house next door. The seller knew the new occupants would be important to them, as they would be their new neighbours. The property was a seven bedroom grade II listed detached house.
The tenant buyer viewed the home, taking his family and children and the house was ideal.
Option 1 - wait five years and then look and find your forever home. The downside is his children and family would not live in their 'forever home' for years to come, and by then, the children grown up and would you need 7 bedrooms?
Option 2 - use the property step system and move into your 'forever home' today, enjoying the property and location the property offers.
For the seller, he liked the family and potentially his new neighbour. A suitable purchase price was agreed, for a set 5 year term. The seller was happy and this gave an opportunity to the tenant buyer. Agreeing the purchase price at the outset allowed him to move in and refurbish his new home, for his family knowing this is his new home. So although, the house was not in his name and the mortgage was not in his name, he felt it was his home.
Its a completely different mindset.
Our system allows both parties to move on, and ultimately achieve their life goals.
