Step one - Register with us choosing the type of property you would like to buy (and rent in the short to medium term), coupled with the location and areas you would consider.

Step 2 - Join our communities, learn about our system, how it works, and the possibilities. Speak to other like-minded Tenant Buyers and Landlord Sellers.
Am I Eligible?
- If you can pass referencing for renting, the likely answer is yes.
- If you have bad credit, we work with you to improve this. Paying down CCJ’s, or, linking your rental payments into your credit scrore. Normally, we will still ask for a UK homeowner guarantor, whilst we improve your credit rating.
- If you are on benefits, you will not be eligible. You cannot obtain a mortgage on benefits.
