How does Guaranteed Rent Work?
We effectively become your Tenant. We set up a Standing Order, so you are paid on the same day each month, no excuses, no delays, no deductions. You receive the same amount, month in, month out. We then rent out the property, carefully chosing the tenant and taking care of all tenancy management.

How long are the contracts for Guaranteed Rent?
The contracts between us, are for a minimum of 3 years and maximum of 25 years.

Whats not included in the Guaranteed Rent?
Building insurance, building structure, boiler, service charge & ground rent is not included, however, we can organise to pay this and deduct from the account.

Guaranteed Rent Versus Insurance Policy
This is not an insurance policy. Some Letting Agents offer an insurance policy but generally these policies do not cover void periods, they will have an excess, they only cover a single tenancy, many insurance policy provider insist they conduct the referencing and credit checks and other stipulations and conditions.
